During a fishing trip to the Enterprise Reservoir with the Simkins family, while the parents were preparing fishing rods for us kids, Nate got right to fishin'. He had brought his toy fishing rod (picture a fisher price plastic rod with a plastic hook on the end of the string). He went right to the shore and started casting like a pro 5-year-old fly fisherman. In and out, over and over. That day the fishing gods must have been with Nate, because out of the water came the hook, in the mouth of a small fish! He was so excited and proud he’d caught himself a fish.
