The time I spent working with Nate in the CSSC was brief, probably less than six months, as I moved on to a position in our Billing Operations department. Nate got a seat right next to me after he ended training and I recall having many great, brain-stimulating conversations about how he viewed the processes and procedures at Hawaiian Telcom, often commenting on ways to optimize things. Through the years, I'd see him randomly coming or going as we both happened to be in the lobby area at the same time, always upbeat and positive. He had a positive impact on so many people in the world. From Hawaii to Utah, even Malta (which, thank you to the family for sharing that info about his mission abroad), the world is lucky to have had Nate and the contributions he made.
